Managing Partner
Alfredo Sandes, CFA
Sandes is the Managing Partner of Dixie Capital, where he oversees the firm’s projects and supports their execution.
Prior to Dixie, Alfredo has been with Advent International for 10 years, having transitioned from being a General Partner to supporting the firm and its portfolio companies as a Special Advisor. During these 10 years, Alfredo was based in Latin America where he participated in successful investment thesis such as: Grupo Big/Walmart Brazil, Grupo CRM, Nubank, Easynvest, Fleury, YDUQS, FSG, and others. Before joining Advent, Alfredo also worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs and in the Equity Research Division of Credit Suisse.
In terms of his academic background, Sandes has a Masters from Stanford University, a Bachelors in Electronic Engineering from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), and a CFA charter.

Fabio Ferrari
Fabio Ferrari is a Vice President at Dixie Capital, leading the firm's investments and value creation initiatives.
He brings experience across private equity, corporate restructuring, and operational improvement, working closely with management teams on acquisitions, integrations, growth initiatives, cost optimization, and financial transformation. Prior to joining Dixie, Fabio spent 4 years at Patria Investments (NASDAQ: PAX), a leading private equity firm in LatAm, where he led multiple M&A transactions that helped build and scale a leading regional retail consolidation platform. He previously worked at RK Partners, advising on complex restructuring processes.
In terms of his academic background, Fabio holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, with an emphasis in Applied Economics, from the Federal University of São Carlos and has passed Level I of the CFA Program.

Gabriel Auler
Gabriel Auler is an Associate at Dixie Capital, responsible for coordinating and executing investment and value creation projects.
He also acts as Project Manager in projects requiring substantial orchestration of different parties (including company, lawyers, investment banks etc.). Gabriel previously worked at the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America, where he participated in deals of various sectors, primarily in infrastructure, education, and healthcare. Prior to Bank of America, Gabriel worked in the Private Equity Directs Division of Partners Group, where he covered retail.
In terms of his academic background, Gabriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic School from the University of São Paulo.

Vitor Hugo Saraiva
Vitor Saraiva is an Associate at Dixie Capital, responsible for coordinating and executing investment strategies and value creation plans according to our excellency playbook.
Before joining Dixie, Vitor spent nearly three years at Patria Investments (NASDAQ: PAX), one of LatAm’s leading alternative asset managers, where he evaluated private equity investment opportunities in the retail sector through market, financial, and strategic analysis. He began his career at Visagio, where he worked on strategy and operational improvement projects across multiple industries.
In terms of his academic background, Vitor holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo and is a CFA Level III Candidate.

Yuichi Tokumoto is an Associate at Dixie Capital, responsible for coodinating and executing investments, value creation, and data analytics.
He brings experience across private equity diligence, strategy, operational improvement, and analytics, connecting financial analysis with business management to support strategic decision-making. Prior to joining Dixie, Yuichi worked at Kearney in São Paulo, where he supported strategic and operational due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, go-to-market, and business planning projects across healthcare, consumer goods, foodservice, infrastructure, and utilities.
In terms of his academic background, Yuichi holds a master’s degree in Engineering and Mathematics from CentraleSupélec in France and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, one of the top engineering schools in Latin America, where he graduated first in his class.
Lucas Morrone is an Investment and Value Creation Professional at Dixie Capital, where he supports investments and strategic value creation initiatives.
He brings experience across private equity value creation, strategy consulting, operational improvement, and cost optimization, supporting initiatives aimed at improving business performance and strengthening analytical decision-making. Prior to joining Dixie Capital, Lucas spent 3 years at Kearney in São Paulo, where he advised clients across multiple sectors on strategic performance improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. He previously worked at Patria Investments, gaining early exposure to private equity through value creation initiatives with portfolio companies.
In terms of his academic background, Lucas holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, one of the top engineering schools in Latin America.
Vinicius Jiro is an Investment and Value Creation Professional at Dixie Capital, supporting M&A and performance improvement initiatives.
Since joining Dixie in 2025, he has worked on strategic analysis, financial assessment and modeling, operational improvement, and management reporting, supporting both investment evaluations and value creation projects. Prior to Dixie, Vinicius worked at Kearney in São Paulo, contributing to strategy and performance improvement engagements across multiple industries. He previously worked at BTG Pactual, where he gained experience in financial operations and process optimization.
In terms of his academic background, Vinicius holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos.

Joao Pedro is a finance professional with experience across corporate finance, private equity, and public markets.
At Dixie Capital, he contributes to investment analysis and value creation engagements, supporting companies with financial modeling, performance monitoring, operational analysis, supporting the strategic decision-making. Before Dixie, he was at Constellation Asset Management, a long-term fundamental public equities asset manager with around US$3 billion in AUM, where he covered financial institutions (banks and non-banks) in equity research.
In terms of his academic background, Joao Pedro holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, one of the top engineering schools in Latin America.
Giovana is an HR professional at Dixie Capital, where she has been part of the team since July 2025.
She brings experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on candidate experience, process improvement, and employer branding. Prior to joining Dixie, she worked at Fluencypass EdTech, managing high-volume hiring across various functions and gaining expertise in multiple ATS platforms.
In terms of her academic background, Giovana holds a bachelor degree in Psychology from Universidade Metodista de Sao Paulo.
